Daniel House, Finger Style Guitar and Much More!

Dan's range of material spans all the way from the 12th century up to his
own original modern compositions. He also covers a variety of folk and pop
favorites and loves to tickle an audience with “Baby Boomer Comfort Music“.
A multi-instrumentalist, he plays finger style guitar, mountain dulcimer, and
the occasional mandolin tune as both solo instrumentals as well as tasteful
and imaginative accompaniment for his vocal selections. As a guitarist,
Dan's arrangements are clean, clear, and commanding. When playing the
mountain dulcimer, he likes to surprise an audience with arrangements of
music you would never expect to be played on such a “simple” instrument,
earning him the title "Not just another pretty mountain dulcimer player".
His personal goal is always to deliver a fun, sensitive, and beautiful
musical experience for all. He just sums it all up as “contemporary
acoustic music“.
